Shipping and Returns
Do you ship to my location?
  We ship products to U.S. locations only. No international shipping is available. We also do not ship products to locations served by an Imo's Pizza franchise. Click here for more information.
Has my order shipped?

How do I track my order?
  Click the "Order Status" link at the bottom of our site to track your order.
What are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page, where your shipping charge will be calculated. We will ship your order on either a Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on what day you placed your order, and after we receive payment from you.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "Order Status" link at the bottom of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with FedEx to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance. Note that an individual must be at home to receive perishable items.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "Order Status" link at the bottom of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  All sales are final. Imo's Pizza and Pizza Nationwide, Inc. make every effort to ensure orders are completely filled and that all products are of the highest quality when they are shipped.
